The ‘NLS WAY’ Elite Centre is the ideal introduction for local grassroots players who have shown an aptitude for the game to access Pro Academy standard coaching in a professional environment. At the forefront of our coaching syllabus is long term player development. We believe that through our unique coaching programmes, every player will improve, irrespective of whether or not they progress into a professional club.

By attending the centre of excellence, players will not only show an improvement in their technical skills and tactical knowledge they will also acquire many of the necessary social skills and psychological attributes that are essential in football. We have established partnerships with many of the local professional clubs and their coaches/ scouts regularly attend coaching sessions to monitor the development of our players. We will also recommend and initiate games for players showing the potential to demonstrate their talents at an academy level. This does not conflict with your football club

The new elite centre will start September 2021 with Southend and Colchester PlayFootball as our new venues.
