DAN OSMAN

Dan Osman BSc (Hons), Dip. ISSN, CISSN, ASCC is a performance nutritionist, and health and wellbeing educator. He has worked in the health and fitness industry for 15 years, initially as a personal trainer, strength coach and qualified sports nutritionist, working with amateur and professional athletes. Including: England Woman’s FA, Arsenal Ladies, Norwich City Football Development, and TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme) athletes. Saracens and Westcliff RFU, Batchwood and Gosling Tennis High Performance Centres, British Diving, Badminton England and England Netball. Dan has also supported a range of mixed martial artists and boxers.
He is involved in supporting organisations in their wellbeing strategy and delivering educational seminars to corporate, sports teams and the general public around health, fitness, nutrition and performance. Dan has regularly appeared as a speaker at national UK fitness expos such as Bodypower.
Dan co-hosts his own podcast, Fitness Unfiltered, and has recently been involved in raising over £27,500 for UNICEF UK through an online live conference. He also featured as a keynote speaker for behaviour change for an Australian conference: Mental Health Matters. Dan has contributed as a writer for Muscle & Fitness as a regular columnist, The Guardian, PhD Nutrition and Monster Supplements.
